ake certificates and dubious degrees have created tremendous problems in the present day. According to The
Telegraph, UK, Higher Education Degree Datacheck (HEDD) has identified 220 bogus higher education institutions
universities which sell fake degree certificates and non-existent courses in the UK alone.
There are 3 major angles to this problem. One, non-existent institutes especially distant ones bearing name and
resemblance to licensed university fooling prospective students in enrolling for their non-existent courses. Second
problem are willing individuals buying fake degrees from real universities. And third are fake individuals buying fake
degrees to scam somebody.
The corporate industry becomes a victim of this viral practice by dealing with professionals armed with fake degrees
and experience certificates. Despite costly background checks by investigating agencies, which in turn makes the hiring
process costly, this real issue remains at large, and no water tight systems exist...

Universities, Institutes and Companies will create courses and issue certificates and degrees on
Talentchain for students and employees respectively. Single as well as batch upload of files will
be possible.
Universities can choose to even upload their own accreditation and registration documents, thereby
creating a trusted institute dossier for themselves.
Certificates self-uploaded by students can be attested by the institute itself or through any notary in
Talentchain. Notary will approve the documents if all criteria is met and sign off with digital signature.
Notarized certificates get uploaded to Blockchain.
Student Talent Passport
Once degrees are created and issued on Talentchain to students, all individuals can use the system to manage,
store and share them with the necessary people as and when needed. Students can even upload certificates to
