To establish blockchain-based public welfare convalescent chain and have conversations with governments to tailor-made our systems for different countries’ need.
To help 3-5 Asian countries (and for the long run, more than 20 countries) to establish long-term care and health-care institutions powered by the public welfare convalescent chain developed by WLM.
Apart from helping those in need, as a participant of WLM ICO, you are granted the golden ticket to the thriving long-term care industry.  Your money will not only for charity but also for your own profit.  It is not easy to get a deal as such so do take this opportunity.

Public welfare & Elder-care Chain
The aging of the population has become a global phenomenon. The
proportion of people aged 65 and over in the world is gradually
increasing, which tends to be the most obvious in Asia. According to
ESCAP (U.N. Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the
Pacific)data, more than 60 percent of global elderly (older than 60) now
live in the Asia-pacific region, with an grossly aging population and
declining fertility as well as average human rising life expectancy. The
number of elderly people in Asia is expected to increase to 1 billion 300
million in 2050 from 547 million in 2016.
The rapid increase of global aging, is both opportunity and
challenge. The most important part of the pension industry is providing
care for the elderly, which mainly refers to daily life care and medical care
services, as well as providing study and entertainment, housekeeping
servic...

Chapter 1 Industry Analysis
1.1 Analysis of public welfare health convalescent industry
According to the United Nations definition of aging society, the
proportion of people over 60 years old is more than 10%, and the
proportion over 65 years old is over 7%. By the end of 2016, China's
population aged 60 and above has exceeded 230 million, accounting for
16.7% of the population, Among which, the population of disability and
partial disability in the elderly are about 40 million, accounting for 18.3
percent of the elderly population and Empty nesters account for 51.3%
of the elderly population. The population aged 65 and above reached
150 million 30 thousand, accounting for 10.8% of the population. Each
proportion is far more than the definition ratio , it can be seen that China
has stepped into an aging society. After 2020, as the family planning
generation generally enters old age, the average number of children in
the country's elder...

According to the ministry of civil affairs, by the end of November 2017,
the number of private pension institutions in China reached 125,00, up
7.8% year on year. And the number of community pension service
facilities and mutual support facilities reached 38,000 and 78,000
respectively. The main body of the supply of Chinese pension institutions
is public pension institutions, while other forms of pension service
providers occurs to lack development, whose bed supply is insufficient.
And the supply gap left by the public pension institutions cannot be
filled. In 2016, there were 28,500 pension service institutions in China,
and the number of beds in the pension service institutions reached 7
million 800 thousand, with 33.8 beds per 1,000 elderly people. There is a

big gap between us and developed countries. There is a big gap in the
needs of elderly people in China, and the supply of beds for the aged is
much smaller than the demand, and the contradiction between supply
and demand tends to be very prominent

The current situation of China's old-age pension industry is that the
supply capacity of China's pension market is not matched with the huge
potential demand. China grows old before it grows wealthy, and the
pension industry is still in its infancy.
Analysis of pain points in Public welfare & Elder-care industry:
China's current care system unables to meet the needs of the elderly.
According to statistics, 48.5% of the elderly Chinese cities remain a wide
variety of pension service demand, but the overall satisfying rate is only
15.9%, of whom 18.04% need care services, and nursing service
satisfying rate is only 8.3%.

The function of the organization is inaccurate. In the

located in elderly people whose lives cannot be completely self-reliant or
completely unable to be self-reliant. And many domestic agencies often
choose the consumers in good health, causing many high income and
healthy elderly people to occupy a large number of beds.

2

Supply and demand are out of balance. The disintegration of the
extended family has weakened the function of family nursing, and some
functions have turned to the society. At present, the beds level of the
pension institutions in China is far from that of the developed countries,
and because of the problems such as the single function of the pension
institution and the professional level of the staff, the pension institution
has the situation of vacant beds.

3

Lack of institutionalized fund support. In the early stage of
development, the nursing industry needs the expenditure of national
and local finance due to its ver...
