The weeNexx AG is part of the weeGroup, an operative group of twelve companies under the ownership of the Swiss Fintec Invest AG, Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, and is the company which is responsible for conducting the wee Initial Token Offering (ITO) and issuing the weeMarketplaceAccessToken (WMA). The weeGroup has developed a well-known global shopping community under the brand name wee; this weeCommunity combines renowned brands and local retailers on its online platform. Wee offers an innovative alternative to conventional loyalty programmes that motivate customers to collect supposedly valuable loyalty points when making purchases. Instead of providing points which can only be used in shops or for the services of one single company, wee users receive cashback which can be applied to an open system with hundreds and thousands of connected partners and even withdrawn in the form of real cash. The weeGroup has already successfully established its innovative cashback system and currently generates revenues, making it a fully operational business . It has recognised that the success and functionalities of blockchain technology offer immense possibilities for the further development of its operational cashback system .

Dear community,
we are thrilled to share our exciting plans
to expand and build upon our innovative
wee brand using blockchain technology
with you. We have deep dived into what
drives businesses to create customer
loyalty programs and, as a result, have
honed our understanding of designing
great opportunities
to reward shoppers
in a meaningful way.
The next evolution of our community is the move to block-
chain and a successful expansion of our business into a
modern, worldwide accessible, smart cashback system.
There are tremendous benefits involved with expanding
and growing our business across various countries and
markets. In this weeWhitepaper, we will show you how
our successful and established cashback business will
be further enhanced by blockchain technology to create
a large-scale, global marketplace. We will present the
weeMarketplaceAccessToken (WMA) and the weePay

2 Executive Summary
Bonus programmes, including loyalty,
rewards and cashback programmes are
popular in markets all over the world.
While the more prevalent and longstanding loyalty and
reward programmes encourage members to collect a
sort of points exchangeable for gifts, vouchers or other
types of rewards, newer yet lesser known cashback
programmes offer registered users the opportunity to
make financial savings and withdraw real cash.
The opportunity to save actual cash has been a motiva-
tion for many to join one of the existing cashback pro-
grammes, which have been gaining popularity world-
wide. With banks and other financial intermediaries
involved in the middle however, the pay-out process is a
rather time-consuming and inefficient procedure.
By adopting blockchain technology, the weeGroup is
aiming to enhance its existing, fully operative cashback
business model, as well as expand its capabilities by
including increasingly widespread te...

3 Introduction
3.1 An Operational Business goes Blockchain
The weeGroup has already successfully established its
innovative cashback system and currently generates
revenues, making it a fully operational business. It has
recognised that the success and functionalities of block-
chain technology offer immense possibilities for the fur-
ther development of its operational cashback system.
Until now, the weeGroup had to rely on complex and ex-
pensive banking systems to manage user accounts and
transactions. This is both time consuming and ineffi
-
cient, resulting in high transaction costs as well. Through
the conversion and integration of the cashback system
onto blockchain technology and the transformation of
the current technical base and business model, the wee-
Group is able to solve these problems – at minimal cost
for users worldwide.
Blockchain technology will open immense opportunities
and lead to a drastic and fast expansion of the wee-

wee expands to Asia, America and Africa. At this time,
wee will be a proven payment solution and will aim to
receive its own bank licence. Many people without a personal bank account will be reached in this way, so that
they can take part in the financial ecosystem and so that
doors can be opened for them that were once closed. At
the same time, wee will concentrate heavily on the implementation and operation of smart data as a main driver
for further business development.
